Can Chuck Bartowski's loveable-loser schtick defeat a naked Summer Glau? Nerd-spy show Chuck has been showing some ratings momentum, but starting in January, it'll air opposite the Sarah Connor Chronicles in the Monday 8 PM slot. Chuck actually has a lot in common with the long-awaited Terminator spin-off, including a Firefly alum (Connor's Glau and Chuck's Adam Baldwin.) Not to mention the hapless man-boy hero, paired with a woman who does all the real fighting. (At least John Connor is actually meant to be a boy.)
Which one will win the Monday night ratings showdown? We'll find out January 14, when Connor launches. (As long as the strike doesn't ruin everything, of course.)
