The Clinic, a new restaurant in Singapore, is the mad scientist rendition of a fetish restaurant. Created as a tribute to pop artist Damien Hirst, it features waiters dressed in white coats and scrubs serving colorful pills and syringes of cocktails with names like "Nitro-Sangria" and "Sex on a Drip" to wheel-chair ridden customers. The rooms are shaped like pills, and the plates are surgical pans shaped like kidneys. And if you're still hungry at the end of the meal but tired of chewing, you can probably ask the waiter/nurse to put you on an IV and feed you dessert. The Clinic [Designboom]

Dr. Forrester and TV's Frank did this years ago.
Does the food taste like crap? Might as well complete the experience.
Congratulations, Clinic website (which I refuse to link), you've managed to creep my out while simultaneously killing any curiosity I had about your restaurant.
Six years ago I had the displeasure of a month long hospital stay so I just can't get into this theme. It reminds me too much of my own hospital horror show.
This is freaking me out.
My wife is an RN and I'm pretty sure neither of us would enjoy this.
If I'm ever in Singapore, this restaurant is at the top of my to-do list.
There's a similarly themed bar/restaurant in Tokyo.
I dunno, those designer restaurants are usually all hype and low quality food. But hey, whatever floats your boat. If you have a craving for restaurants like this, you're probably not after the gastronomical experience anyway.
