Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles can breathe an Arnold-less sigh of relief. The first half of their premiere scored 18 million viewers last night, giving it the best opening night of any new show in three years. More good ratings may be ahead: The second part of the premiere tonight has the advantage of not going up against a new episode of Heroes.

Well, it was a pretty great watch-till-the-last-second football game, followed by a literal clock on the screening counting down the seconds until Terminator started.
I don't know. Folks will have to switch "Dance Wars" off. That's a big decision.
It scares me how a flux in popularity hardly ever seems to be a good thing, at least, in my mind.
The show, while interesting, wasn't really that great.
Certainly not 18 million viewers great.
I think that at least some of that attention was because we're all 'starved' for new content.
Could've been better, could've been worse. But without anything else to watch, I guess I'm in. Am I the only one who thinks Glau is miscast?
Who had stock in FOX this quarter?!? Congratulations!!! This would be the first time in quite some time that you sold your soul off for money that wasn't FOX-News specific!
A new show on FOX doing well on the first episode? Well, I guess that means we can expect it to go 1 season at the MOST.
