This week, researchers in the Tokyo area are testing an ultra-strong, heat-resistant paper airplane for space flight in a high-speed wind tunnel. The plane is shaped like a space shuttle and can endure Mach 7 winds. Since they don't know exactly where on earth it will land upon execution, they're going to write a universal peace message that will warm the hearts of humans and aliens alike. I like the U.A.E.'s artificial islands in the shape of an Arabic peace-poem better.
I can't think of a more confusing thing for aliens to find.
This project will be WORTHLESS unless it encounters some strange space virus, that upon touchdown mutates the paper plane into a giant monster. Preferably it should touch down in a gravel pit outside of Tokyo.
if we run into aliens piloting large space faring rocks our victory is assured
Paper travelling at mach 7?! Gotta admire the 'cutting edge' in origami technology, though the good intentions might be for naught if it takes off the fingers of everyone who tries to catch it.
Pardon my sciegnorance, but if it's being launched from the International Space Station, won't it just stay up there in orbit?
I'll assume someone has already thought about that part, cause I'm guessing the ISS doesn't have wipers to assist in the "get the damned flyer off my windshield" manuever.
@tetracycloide: I don't know if you've seen the latest photos out of Area 51, but I've got bad news.
im not sure if i can trust this site.
this is a fiction site(?)
and I'm a rational being i cant just believe something that dont really exsist. (thats why i ended up athiest)
but this site posts a lot of interesting stories
should i believe?
(*hides behind the curtain*)
Being that 71% of the world is covered in ocean, I have a pretty good idea of where it will end up. Doesn't take a ROCKET SCIENTIST to figure that one out.
so wait they are going to place Pink Tentacle porn images on the paper airplane?
