condensing some stories might actually be a good thing because i hate it when they draw out the dumbest stuff

Stopped watching it at the end of season 2. Got fed up with the incessant "Cliff-hanger to Nowhere' syndrome. Cheap excuse for lack of writing talent. Production needs to shitcan current writing staff and summon up the spirit of Hunter Thompson in a diabolical ritual, then have it possess the body of Tom Cruise...and keep plenty of single-malt and bullets on hand...

I hate it. I love it. I hate it. I LOVE IT. I CANNOT STAND IT.

I WANT TO PUNCH THEM ALL IN THEIR TRAGIC FACES.
....but I really want to find out what happens.

I'll be glad to have more episodes.

But I hope the "condensing" doesn't have an adverse effect on the pacing.

I happen to like the way the stories unfold slowly. Lost is all about the mystery, you know...

How long have they been stuck on that island and why is that fat dude still so fat? I would have thought he'd lose some weight by now.

@Metropolis: I think it's only been around 3 months for them. And at one point Hurley was keeping a secret stash of food from on of the hatches.

Isn't this where that one guy comes in here and tells us all how he never watched one episode of this show, and how proud he is of it? And then possibly berates for wasting our lives or something?

I think it'll be good if they up the density. Last week's felt a little meandering.

well 13 isnt so bad considering there were only going to be a total of 16 episodes this season anyway
