It's Monday, which means there's a whole weekend's worth of spoilers to digest. Below the fold, we reveal who Ben's spy on the Lost freighter is, and a possible new career for Scully in X-Files 2. We also spill tons of beans about Heroes season three — including one development that has fans howling. Plus a new Stargate: Atlantis synopsis, and pics from Indiana Jones and Hulk. It's a world of spoilers, below the fold.
- Random X-Files 2 spoiler/rumor: Scully works as a doctor in a hospital, and has to deal with a "crazy man" who chops off a woman's head in a gory (but still PG-13) scene. [ScreenRant]
- Here's a new pic from The Incredible Hulk, of William Hurt as General "Thunderbolt" Ross. [Cinemablend]

- Batman: The Dark Knight will use all of today's technology to portray Two-Face's scarred face. But the reasons for Two-Face's killing spree will remain sort of a mystery, says actor Aaron Eckhart. [Wizard]
- Also, The Dark Knight begins with Batman's theatrical heroics actually having attracted more criminals to Gotham, so now Batman feels as though he has an obligation to keep using his awesome power for good. [ReelMovieNews]
- Heroes doesn't come back until next fall — hopefully, in way better shape — but already spoilers are starting to trickle out. Kristen Bell says her character, Elle, should be back despite contract issues, and is evil and broken, but "actually redeems herself over the next couple of episodes." Also, in upcoming episodes, a Japanese woman comes into Ando's life, and Niki comes back from the dead (as one of her alter-egos.) Plus that New Orleans cop we mentioned, Officer Warren, may turn into a love interest for Monica. And there's that new criminal character in New Orleans, named Knox. Bear in mind, though, that any Heroes spoilers you hear may relate to scripts that were partly completed before the writers' strike, and they may end up drastically rewritten. [Heroes Fanatic]
- And in case you haven't seen the blurry cameraphone copy of the Heroes season three "trailer" that's been online for a couple months, here it is.
- And even more Heroes spoilers: Remember Taeko, the nice Japanese woman that both Hiro and Adam were in love with, back in the 17th century? She was due to be transported to the present in an upcoming Heroes episode that wasn't completed due to the strike. And actress Eriko Tamura still expects to return to the show next season. Says one fan named Tessykins: "WHY, WRITERS, WHY?! That story arc is dead. D-E-D. What another stupid fucking thing to slow down the plot." [Sci Fi Wire]
- In next week's Lost, we find out that Michael, Desmond and that Tunisian polar bear have been bounced around in time and space. And time-travel is also the reason Walt is so tall, and why he keeps turning up on the island. And it turns out Michael is Ben's spy on the boat, because Ben sent him there on a mission. [SpoilersLost]
- In the March 27 Smallville, Clark's cousin Kara teaches him to fly to improve his chances against Brainiac. But some of Clark's loved ones get caught in the crossfire. This is the episode where everything changes! [TurkeyWhisperer]
- In the first episode of Stargate: Atlantis season five, Sheppard returns from the future only to find that a team has been trapped in an off-world compound that exploded. Carter leads a search and rescue team, including new crewmember Alicia Vega, and manages to rescue McKay and Lorne. But the S&R team is attacked by twenty Wraith darts, who are also after the two remaining trapped crewmembers. The Wraith activate the Stargate, preventing Carter's people from escaping. The Jumpers are cloaked but can't fight twenty Wraith darts, so they decide to wait for the Daedalus to arrive. [StargateWiki]
- And here are four cute new pictures from the new Indiana Jones, from a French magazine. [Slashfilm]

Nice cliffhanger with Atlantis. It would have been nice to see Shepard ride a sandworm, but I guess the budget wasn't high enough. Atlantis 40,000 years in the future looks like Dune to me. This always brings up he Time Paradox: can you change a timeline, or just create a new one? I vote for New one.
Thank Jebus, they are bringing Ali back. Now how they will work a whipped cream bikini into a story line is another point all together.
What are the odds of Peter Patrelli going away? I could really do without that guy. Replace him with somebody who actually has a pair.
Does anyone stay dead on Heroes? I gave up watching after an episode that featured only characters who couldn't die. Sort of lessens the drama when no matter how bad the circumstances, everyone walks away unharmed.
@shan6:
Rick Rape will never die. He'll only get more mopey because he's the "Superman" character.
As for Lost, who didn't know it was Michael? I wish they had revealed it sooner. When Ben said "OK, but you better sit down" last episode I laughed.
And as for Smallville, the preview for the next episode shows that Pete Ross returns to town, so I assume he's the one who'll be permanently killed off. Easy cop-out. He also seems to have the powers of Mr. Fantastic, or...Super Stretch Armstrong.
Also, if Kara is teaching Clark to fly, and he actually succeeds, the show's coming to an end. There was a feature running on the Space Channel here in Canada that interviewed the cast. The actor that plays Clark said that if he ever learned how to fly, it means the show has run out of ideas.
@shan6: Yeah, what a waste of an awesome power on such a wuss. The only major character with this high a level was Frodo in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.
Knox? Couldn't they come up with something more original? I bet he's a scientist, and has a thing for a demon god named Illyria. Oh wait, that was on Angel... My bad.
I'm glad to see that Kring didn't take the awfulness of the last season of Heroes lying down.
He's dead set on making the next one even worse.
thank god elle is still around, i think she's the only reason i keep watching heroes.
+1 for the Have Spacesuit, Will Travel morning spoiler background.
Goddammit, of all the characters to come back why does it have to be Niki? Micah was so much less dysfunctional when he was living with Uhura and Monica, and as far as other end-of-season casualties go, Adrian Pasdar is much more attractive.
Actually, can we just retcon Claire's abilities and stop having characters come back from the dead? I could live with Nathan Petrelli staying dead if the writers would promise me that.
Waitwaitwait, am I to believe that the explosion at the end of S2's finale, along with Micah's "mommynooooooooooooo!", was supposed to make us think Nikki actually DIED?
Heroes' writers have proven time and again that THEY are, in fact, stupid, but that doesn't mean their audience has to be... does it?
crap.
@ Jeff Major "Whoever controls the spice, controls the universe"
when do we get our Incredible Hulk trailer?
THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME!!!
I have a completely different outrage: don't mind seeing the Japanese cutie again, but hoped they'd have the smarts to let Niki/WTF her name is DIE DIE DIE!
Wait, hang on. Didn't Sheppard already come back from the future? Didn't he get trapped in the explosion too?
Happy smiley Karen Allen! *squee!*
For end of the season casualties, my vote was on the Mexican girl for being so very, very dumb. I was sad to see Nathan go, but it's Heroes. He'll be back.
