Here's a new trailer for X-Files 2, which was shown at Paley Fest yesterday. It includes way more of Mulder and Scully than the version shown at Wondercon. Sadly, though, it's another migraine-inducing cameraphone copy. Incredibly minor spoilers below.
Once again we see the footage of Billy Connolly leading a small army of FBI agents on some sort of manhunt across the snow, and then digging the snow with his hands. Mulder tells Scully he needs her on this case, and Scully says, "That's what scares me." There's also a very romantic moment with Mulder's hand on Scully's face, as if he's about to kiss her. Oh, and some kind of weird autopsy-looking thing. The video probably won't cause epilepsy, but we make no promises. [X-Files News]

Just hearing the first few notes of the X-Files theme made all the hair on my arms stand up straight!
I doubt the "I need you" and "that's what scares me" shots are actually adjacent to each other in the actual movie.
So they're back in the snow again I see. Hmm. Interesting. But couldn't someone throw Nicholas Lea a bone and get him in the movie? Just...because? A little Krycek never hurt anyone.
Oh, cell phone trailer "sneaked" to the public. That means I can get the HD QT file from the real site in 5...4...3..2...
oh man oh man, i'm so excited for this movie!
@RhymePhile
Krycek was one of the best characters. The actor is busy on Kyle XY now playing Voss (or maybe its Foss). He's the main reason I gave that show a shot in the first place.
I just care about if Frank Black is back baby!
@Garrison Dean: Actually, the cameraphone version of the teaser trailer from Wondercon is still the only version out there... I was waiting and waiting for an official HD version of the teaser, so I could post it, and it never showed up. So it could be weeks, or months, before we get a decent version of this trailer as well.
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I went SQUEE as well.
Apparently, no Skinner in the flick, though.
