Which Star Warrior Would You Like As Your Boss?

It's one thing to become a Jedi, but being one with the Force isn't going to get you ahead in the modern world. Or is it? That's the question being asked by the writers of HR World, the internet's "leading resource and community for HR professionals." They've been busy looking at the main characters of the Star Wars movies and weighing up their potential as corporate CEOs. Of course, Darth Maul's a shoo-in for his literal take on the "heads will roll" threat if those reports aren't done by Monday, but who else makes the grade?

Unsurprisingly, their top pick is Anakin Skywalker:

The protagonist of the "Star Wars" franchise, Anakin has been to hell and back through his rise in The Force, his fall to the dark side and his eventual redemption. While that life experience would make him a knowledgeable and instinctual CEO in its own right, Anakin also possesses problem-solving skills, technical savvy and a competitive attitude. He also can see events before they happen, which would be especially helpful for any leader. Anakin's downside is that he is prone to rage and deception, so bad news and computer passwords might be best kept from him. He also might tire of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

I love HR humor (and also feel slightly embarrassed that I get it). Meanwhile, Chewbacca's performance review isn't quite as glowing:
Though slightly dependent on Han Solo... this old, hairy Wookiee warrior exudes great strength and loyalty. A veteran of the Clone Wars, Chewbacca is wise and fantastically skilled at starship piloting and repair. He will use force to get his way, however, which could prove problematic in the conference room.

Personally, I think an even bigger drawback may be the fact that he doesn't speak a language that anyone other than Han Solo can understand:

"Wait, are you telling me to extend the deadline?"
"RAAAAUUUURGH!"
"I'm sorry, sir, I didn't quite catch that. Perhaps you can nod or something?"

I hope this is just part one in a complete series; I want to see them asking whether C3-PO, R2-D2 or Wedge Antilles would make the better personal assistant.
