With the election less than three weeks away, the liberal blogosphere is debating furiously... about driverless cars. Picking up on an article by Tim Lee over at Ars Technica, Matthew Yglesias at Think Progress gets excited by the idea that self-driving cars could eliminate the need for much parking space. After all, cars could park themselves anywhere, and move themselves at a moment's notice if they were in the way.
