Scary Dollhouse Pics And Freaky Smallville Videos

Spoilers bring hope for the future — case in point, some new promo photos for Joss Whedon's Dollhouse show actual stuff happening in future episodes, instead of just actors posing. Meanwhile, new clips from tomorrow night's Smallville episode include a tiny glimpse of a certain wedding crasher. There are also spoilery new pics from Heroes and Chuck. Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen:

The German title of this film translates to Transformers: The Return. Does that just refer to the return of our Autobot friends? Or the return of someone else, like Megatron? [TFW2005]

Dollhouse:

Fox released some new promo images for Joss Whedon's show, along with a new description:

DOLLHOUSE focuses on a secret organization that employs "Actives" — a group of operatives who have their memories and personalities wiped clean so they can be imprinted with new ones, allowing them to take on various missions for hire. The Actives don't just act like new people, they become new people, yet they are never aware they are pawns in someone else's game in DOLLHOUSE premiering Friday, Feb. 13 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

The first two images, showing Eliza getting reprogrammed in the pilot, look like ones we've seen before. But the other three are definitely new, and they're our first stills from actual upcoming episodes. One picture shows Eliza wearing leather pants in a bank vault, from the episode "The Gray Hour." The other two show Eliza being hunted in the woods by a client gone bad, from the show's third episode. (We reviewed some script pages from the woods-hunting episode here.) [FOX]

Lost:

Here's a casting call for two new characters we're going to meet in episode nine:

Heroes:

The superpowered angst-a-thon will get less confusing next spring, when its "Fugitives" arc launches. Instead of six ongoing storylines per episode, there'll only be three or four. It'll be more like the way it was in season one. Honest. [EW]

In the upcoming batch of episodes, Arthur Petrelli's reign of ickiness comes under attack, and there's a dramatic showdown between the heroes and the villains. And the second Petrelli boy to lose his powers (after Peter) will lose them for a more mechanical reason. (Supposedly this is Nathan, not Sylar.) And the power loss has nothing to do with the upcoming eclipse. Meanwhile, the Haitian may be able to restore memories as well as take them away. And we'll learn, once and for all, that the Haitian is a good guy. [E! Online]

Smallville:

John Noble gave another new interview, in which he says Walter may think he's indpendent, but he won't really be able to assert much independence from Olivia or Peter, without whom he'd still be in an institution. And meanwhile, the bond between Walter and Peter will grow. And don't count on meeting William Bell any time soon. [Fringe Fanatic]

Stargate Atlantis:

Some more details about the Dec. 5 episode, "Infection." We already knew the Atlantis crew comes across an abandoned hive ship in this episode, but now it turns out that the crew receives a distress call from the hive ship. The ship's crew is in stasis, because all hands have been stricken with a genetic disease caused "in part" by Dr. Keller's gene therapy. Dr. Keller had developed a treatment to save Wraith from having to feed on humans, but apparently it's backfired. Oh well. [Gateworld]

Pushing Daisies:

The thirteenth, and possibly final, episode of this show's current season ends on a huge cliffhanger involving Chuck, Ned and two other characters who will remain nameless. The show can't film an alternate ending in case the show is actually cancelled, because there's no money. [EW]
