The Final Cylon's Motto, And Dragonball's Hand Signals

Lots of TV spoilers today - including Anders' fate on Battlestar, Dollhouse details, a Lost forecast and sexy pics from Smallville and Reaper. And a wacky new Dragonball poster. Plus Stargate, Heroes and Fringe.

Dragonball Evolution:

Someone took a photo of a new poster, which looks sorta spiffy. I like the way Chow Yun-Fat is waving his hand like, "hey man, be cool, okay?" And Lord Piccolo is all like, "Is it high? Is it low? You're too slow." [DB The Movie]

Battlestar Galactica:

The Canadian trailer for Friday's new episode includes a teeny bit more of Ellen's resurrection. Does "I'd do it all again" mean, literally, that she's going to do it all again? In the next six episodes? Also, looks like that gunshot wound was the best thing that could have happened to Anders. [Battlestar Blog]

Adama is going to keep falling apart, but it's through the cracks that you're going to see the light, says Edward James Olmos. Huh? [TV Guide]

Dollhouse:

What happens when Echo, the mindwiped slave, starts to remember stuff? Says Joss Whedon:

Oh, all heck breaks loose. The arc of the show is really her not remembering so much as becoming self-aware, knowing things in a more complex way than she should, knowing that she exists and eventually knowing that she used to be different than she is now. We as an audience are searching for her identity, but she is more searching for the concept of identity, at first.

And who will Echo be programmed to be?

She's going to be a rich older woman who has died, she's going to be a blind cult member, she's going to be a dominatrix, she's going to be a backup singer for a pop star, she's going to be a safecracker, she's going to be a somebody's wife.

[New York Times]

Lost:

The Losties will all (or mostly) be back on the island by episode 12. In that episode, Sawyer freaks out over someone who's bleeding a lot. Miles is wigging out over the collapse of the space-time continuum. Dude. Also, on Feb. 11, the nosebleeds and time-traveling sickness take a "deadly turn." (Which I think means don't get too attached to Charlotte.) And on Feb. 25, we find out how Locke got off the island and wound up in that coffin. Once Jack gets back to the island, he stops being such a whiny git. Also, reading between the lines, it sounds like not all of the Oceanic Six make it back. (Like, maybe not Sun. Also, has Sayid been spotted on the island yet?) [EW]

In episode 5x11, "Whatever Happened, Happened," Sebastian Siegel will play Erik. [SpoilersLost]

Jin gets to interact with a bunch of characters he's never really rubbed shoulders with, says actor Daniel Dae Kim. And there's a "very interesting romantic pairing" coming up, involving Jack, Kate or Sawyer, say producers Lindelof and Cuse. [TV Guide]

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles:

We mentioned a while ago that John Henry - which is the artificial intelligence personified by Garret Dillahunt, who used to be the Terminator known as Beastwizard - would escape from his little basement room and go walkabout. Now, Dillahunt has a few new details about what happens:

He's going to make a friend, yeah. He's going to learn about fear, emotion, I guess. ... They told me today I get in a big fight. I don't know with whom; I'm anxious to find out. They said it's a big learning experience for him.

[Sci Fi Wire]

Fringe:

Mr. Jones has been in a hyperbaric chamber since we last saw him, because he needed to stabilize his molecules after teleporting himself... but it didn't work, and he's in bad shape. He's going to want to work on "developing the connection" with Olivia, because "there's something to do with Olivia that he's going to want to get at," says actor Jared Harris. And in Tuesday's episode, he may die or go back to prison. Either way, it's the last we'll see of him for quite some time. [Sci Fi Wire]

Heroes:

And here's what happens in episode 3x18, "Exposed," according to the press release:

The hunt continues as Matt and Peter get closer to exposing the truth. After receiving a tip from "Rebel," Matt and Peter race to "Building 26" to rescue Daphne and recover files that will expose the government's plans for those with abilities. Claire finds help from an unlikely source in smuggling Alex out of the city. As Sylar and Luke continue their road trip, Sylar begins to have memories of his father that lead him to the truth about his mother. Meanwhile, "The Hunter" puts his own agenda into action with an explosive surprise for one of our heroes.

Around episode 17 or 18, the show's paradigm starts to shift, says Masi Oka. And in episode 21, Hiro and Claire wind up in Mexico. Meanwhile, Adrian Pasdar says Nathan and The Hunter will be competing to round up the superpowered people, and they'll be "at odds" over how to do this — The Hunter wants to be more aggressive than Nathan does. The show is already planning Volume 5, which will be similar in vein to Volume 4, and also quite topical. [Heroes Television and Heroes Television]

Stargate Universe:

The new show will be more arc-focused and won't focus as much on going to Earth-like planets and meeting English-speaking aliens, says producer Joseph Mallozzi. And it'll have more of an ensemble cast as opposed to a single hero. It'll be more like Lost, or maybe BSG. [About via Gateworld]

Smallville:

The CW released some new cast pics. I'm liking this look for Davis, but not so sure about Chloe's skirt in that group shot. [OSCK]

SM08-SW-0003 SM08-ED-0003 SM08-CF-0002 SM08-CA-0003 SM08-CA-0002 SM08-AM-0002 SM08-AA-0002 SM08-TW-0002

Supernatural:

More details on that mysterious "third Winchester brother," Adam Milligan, who pops up during the "Jump The Shark" episode. We'll learn that John Winchester had a random hook-up during one of his demon hunts. And later, when John learned he had another son, he dropped in on the lad from time to time, but never told the kid about Sam and Dean - or vice versa. [TV Guide]

Reaper:

Here's what happens in the new season, according to the network:

Season two finds Sam wrestling with the recent discovery that he may be the son of the Devil. But Sam quickly learns that getting groomed to take over the "family business" comes with a whole new litany of headaches. The demon rebellion he once collaborated with is now out to kill him – a conflict further complicated when Ben starts dating the demon assassin (Jenny Wade, "Feast," "No Reservations") tasked with the job Sam also finds he's not the Devil's only son and that one in particular (Armie Hammer, "Billy," "Veronica Mars") is Hell-bent on taking Sam's place at the Devil's side. Plus, Sam must decide whether to reveal any of this news to his girlfriend Andi (Missy Perergrym, "Heroes") who's already wary of his extracurricular activities for Hell. But a chance encounter with an elusive soul (Sean Patrick Thomas, "Save the Last Dance," "A Raisin in the Sun") who claims to have gotten out of his own deal with the Devil, offers Sam a glimmer of hope that he may not be stuck working for the Devil forever. Getting him to reveal exactly how he did it, however, will be easier said than done.

And here are some new season two promo photos. Sock has a hot new stepsister (Eriko Tamura). [Reapersite]
