A new science fiction imprint of Harper Collins, Angry Robot Books, has started up in the UK and will be publishing in the US and elsewhere starting in September. The first four Angry Robot titles sound super- promising, as well: Lauren Beukes' Moxyland follows four hipsters in a world where your virtual identity is as important as your "real" one. Kaaron Warren's Slights features a somewhat Sartrean life-after-death experience. Tim Waggoner's Nekropolis is a zombie detective story, filling an important niche. And Chris Roberson's Book Of Secrets is about a reporter who discovers an entire secret history of the human race.
