    Live Action Star Wars TV Show Now Casting: Jedis Need Not Apply

    Looks like the long-promised live-action Star Wars TV show is finally getting made. At the Knowing junket, actress Rose Byrne (who was actually in Episode II as one of Padme's handmaidens) revealed that not only is Lucas casting for his new series, set between episodes III and IV, but some of her friends are auditioning. The TV show was rumored to follow some of the side characters as they build up the Rebel Alliance, but there are no Jedi in the cast. Which is odd, but hey, Lucas hasn't been wrong yet... Right...
