Doctor Who:

Here's the official synopsis for "Vampires Of Venice":

Dessicated corpses, terror in the canal and a visit to the sinister House of Calvierri – the Doctor takes Amy and Rory for a romantic mini-break, as the Tardis touches down once again. But 17th-century Venice is not as it should be. The city has been sealed to protect it from the Plague, although Rosanna Calvierri may have other plans...

Steven Moffat says the show is about to get much scarier in episodes four and five, the "weeping angels" two-parter. There will be some proper scares. Also, he says this two-parter is a highly colored, loud action movie. [Gallifrey News Base]

Speaking of which, there are three new clips, one of which is a slightly longer version of one we already saw.

Plus a new intro:

The first episode of the Adventure Games will be called "City Of The Daleks," and here's the description:

The TARDIS materializes in 1963 - and London is in ruins. The Daleks have seized control of time and the only chance of saving Earth lies in a desperate quest to Skaro, the Daleks' home planet - before time catches up with Amy, the last survivor of the human race!

Says writer Phil Ford, "This is quite a series opener. We destroy London even before the credits role - so you can only begin to imagine where we travel to from there. City of the Daleks is as big-budget as you can imagine: from London we head to Kaalann, the capital city of the Daleks, one constructed from pure anger and hate. And these new Daleks don't like to be messed with, so players are about to enjoy a new interactive episode which is as heart-pulsing as anything you've seen before." And here are some piccies. [BBC]

The Cape:

Summer Glau explains the superhero-themed TV pilot she just filmed for NBC:

It's a cop drama with a lot of other fun, exciting elements to it. It's about Palm City, which is run rampant with crime, so the city is thinking about hiring a private corporation to take over the police. There's a cop (played by David Lyons) that gets framed for causing these crimes, so he goes into hiding to figure out a way to expose the truth. In exile, he gets trained by this band of thieves on how to be The Cape. I play a blogger who seems to have a lot of inside information on what goes on with these crimes.

And she says her character doesn't get along with the Cape in the beginning, "but she turns out to be his best ally. She shares his passion to stop this crime wave." And she gets to kick a lot of butt. [Fancast]

V:

Here's what happens in episode 11, "Fruition":

After a violent attack on someone close to Anna, she delivers a message that the V's don't feel safe and will be leaving; and Anna also gives a list of possible Fifth Cloumn members to Chad, hoping he'll investigate to help in finding them. Meanwhile, Erica and the team try to track down a scientist who may have created a weapon that the Visitor's are afraid of.

Is Tyler special because he doesn't know who is real father is? Maybe, says Logan Huffman:

It's probably something like that.. There is something special going on with him.. To be honest, people don't realize it because it's right in front of their face, but Tyler is a hero.. Have you read The Hero with a Thousand Faces? He's the only character that fits every criteria.. Almost every famous character does not know who his father is.. Luke Skywalker! Those characters have huge hearts, but not much of a brain, and through pain they gain a real soul.
