You've seen the viral ad for NZT, the drug in Bradley Cooper's film Limitless that lets you use 100% of your brain (with a few nasty side effects... like death). Now watch the trailer, and expand your mind.
Limitless, which also stars Robert De Niro and Abbie Cornish, shows what happens when struggling writer (Bradley Cooper) takes the experimental drug NZT. It lets him use all of his brain power, thus allowing him to fix his own life, and tackle just about every problem he's got. Sadly, the list of side effects include everything from a voracious sexual appetite and memory loss, to death (if you stop taking it). Limitless is directed by Neil Burger (The Illusionist) and will be in theaters March 18, 2011.
Here's the official synopsis:
Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro star in Limitless, a paranoia-fueled action thriller about an unpublished writer whose life is transformed by a top-secret smart drug that allows him to use 100% of his brain and become a perfect version of himself. His enhanced abilities soon attract shadowy forces that threaten his new life in this darkly comic and provocative film.
