This Week's TV: ThunderCats slice your television set with glowing swords of awesome!

Television has many thrills in store for you this week — but chief among them is the return of Lion-O in the Cartoon Network's new ThunderCats series! But he's not alone: There's also a bitchin new Wolverine anime series.

And in Syfy's latest original TV movie, Danny Glover stars in a reimagining of Moby Dick in which the whale is... a great white dragon?

Not only that, but it looks like we might be getting some hardcore answers on Falling Skies, and Torchwood heats up as well. All the details are below, plus clips from Adventure Time, Eureka, Warehouse 13, Torchwood, Scooby-Doo, Chloe King, Iron Man and Futurama!

Today:

Cartoon Network's Monday night animation bloc is back once again. First at 7 PM, there's a new Johnny Test, with two more new stories:

"Johnny's Rat Race"- Johnny hypnotizes Susan and Mary's lab mouse, Montague, to help him get an A+ in Science Class, but a ringmaster kidnaps him from the school to be the star of his rundown circus. The gang saves Montague - and the circus! "Black and White and Johnny All Over"- The agents ask Johnny & Dukey to help them find their deadliest rogue agent - a cuddly robotic puppy that will set off a neutron bomb if angered! Johnny uses a most unlikely substance to stop the runaway pooch.

Then at 7:30, there's another Amazing World of Gumball.


That's followed at 8 PM by a new Adventure Time :

"Memory of a Memory" - Finn and Jake have to enter Marceline's mind to retrieve something located deep inside her memories.

At 8 PM, Syfy has a new Eureka, "Glimpse".

Jo receives a technical boost to her duties with lenses that predict security breaches. Allison's headaches won't go away so Carter plans a vacation. Fargo, meanwhile, deals with an onslaught of volunteers when he announces a space mission with room for civilians.

There's a new Warehouse 13 at 9 PM on Syfy, "Love Sick."

Artie gets called into a case in which the victims disintegrate into clay.

And then at 10 PM, there's another episode of Alphas, "Anger Management"

After an attack on Dr. Rosen, the team is forced to relocate their base of operations. Meanwhile, a runaway teenage Alpha sets off riots up and down the East Coast.

But there's also a new Teen Wolf on MTV at 10 PM, in which "Jackson seeks out a specialist regarding the wound on his neck."

Tuesday:

At 7:30 PM, the Cartoon Network has the season finale of Scooby-Doo: Mystery Inc., with "All Fear the Freak." In which:

The gang finally follows the trail to find the hidden treasure, but they didn't think The Freak would go after them. On the other hand, many truths are revealed, including the goal of Professor Pericles and the true identity of Fred's parents. And as if that were not enough, the gang faces a big problem when the parents get angry due to the behavior of their sons. And just when the mystery of the town is at its highest level, does this mean the end of the gang or the beginning of a new problem?

That's followed at 8 by a new Looney Tunes Show.

And then at 9 PM, there's a new episode of The Nine Lives of Chloe King on ABC Family, "Dogs of War."

Unfortunately for Chloe, The Order isn't her only mortal enemy; there are many others who would like nothing more than to see her dead. Will this newfound enemy take another life from Chloe King? Find out in an all-new episode... Compassionate to the needs of others, Chloe is unable to turn her back on Kai, a young man who asks Chloe for help in reuniting with his family. Although she eventually learns that Kai is a huge threat to the Mai's safety, Chloe insists on helping him return home. Accompanied by Alek, Jasmine, Paul and Amy, a determined Chloe begins the dangerous journey into Jackal territory. Alek and Jasmine's worst fears are realized when Chloe's mission takes a terrible turn and one Mai could be lost forever.

Meanwhile, even though it has been ten years since Chloe's father vanished, Meredith still feels guilty about dating Frank. In an attempt to move on with their lives, Meredith asks Chloe if she is ok with declaring her father dead, unaware that the two have been in contact.

Wednesday:

There's another new Iron Man: Armored Adventures on Nicktoons, "Look Into The Light":

Mr. Fix's attempts to rematerialize the Living Laser split him into two halves - one seeking Iron Man's help and the other putting Earth in peril with his rampages.

At 9 PM, there's the second season premiere of Wonders of the Universe on Science.

The same 92 elements we have on Earth are found throughout the cosmos. Forged deep in the hearts of stars, the untold trillions of atoms that make up each of us link together to tell the story of the universe's origin.

And at 10 PM, there's a new episode of Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman, which asks, "Can We Live Forever?"

Death is a humbling reality - but what if life had no end? Cutting-edge science embarks on a bold mission to extend human life and may soon bring immortality within our grasp.

Thursday:

At 8:30 PM, Nicktoons has a new episode of Voltron Force, "Dark Blue."

Vince tries to demonstrate that he's a worthy cadet, but instead he gets stuck on a sinking vessel.

And then at 9 PM, there's a new Burn Notice on USA, "Enemy of My Enemy"

And there's another new Futurama at 10 PM on Comedy Central, "All the Presidents' Heads." We saw a glimpse of this episode at Comic-Con, and it looks hilarious — this is the one where the Professor licks George Washington's head, and this somehow leads to everyone going back in time to 1775.

Also at 10 PM: another new Wilfred! on FX, "Conscience."

Wilfred asks for Ryan's help to break up Jenna and her boyfriend.

And then at 10:30 PM, Comedy Central has a new episode of Ugly Americans, "Ring of Powers":

Mark finds a magic ring and Randal is forced to serve as Mark s squire.

Friday:

ThunderCats are back! This super-influential series that defined so many people's childhoods is back on the Cartoon Network, with a one-hour premiere at a special time, featuring two episodes: "The Sword of Omens" and "Ancient Spirits of Evil." Here's what Cartoon Network wants you to know about the storyline:

On Third Earth, the kingdom of Thundera is being threatened by the evil sorcerer Mumm-Ra, and Lion-O, the young heir to the throne, embarks on a great quest to take his rightful place as king. The unlikely champion must work with his faithful comrades Tygra, Cheetara, Panthro, WilyKit, WilyKat, and his loyal pet, Snarf, who join him on his journey to save their world from darkness.

At 10 PM, there's a new installment of Torchwood: Miracle Day on Starz, "Escape to L.A."

The fight against PhiCorp takes the Torchwood team to California, where a trap is waiting. Meanwhile, Oswald and Jilly find themselves with an enemy of their own.

Also at 10 PM, Syfy has a new Haven, "Love Machine."

But that's not all! At 11 PM, G4 has the back-to-back premieres of two anime versions of Marvel Comics characters: Iron Man Anime and Wolverine Anime. Here's how G4 describes them:

This summer, G4 and Marvel team up to bring fans a whole new way to see their favorite Super Heroes with the premiere of two original Marvel anime series, "Iron Man" and "Wolverine." The eagerly anticipated series will air exclusively on G4 with twelve half-hour weekly episodes that include interconnecting storylines and cameo appearances by several popular Marvel characters. G4 viewers can be part of all the action when "Iron Man" premieres on Friday July 29th at 11pm ET/PT followed by "Wolverine" at 11:30pm ET/PT and will air weekly Fridays from 11:00-Midnight ET/PT. Saturday:

BBC America is showing two Battlestar Galactica episodes, "Colonial Day" and "Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part 1".

At 9 PM, BBC America has a new episode of the BBC's Outcasts:

Cass's past smashes into his present when he finds a note threatening to expose his real identity. Stella and Tate must now face the prospect of another, superior, hostile life force on Carpathia and discover a way to communicate with it.

Also at 9 PM, Syfy has a new TV movie, Age of the Dragons, starring Danny Glover.

Captain Ahab's (Glover) obsession to seek revenge on a Great White Dragon that once slaughtered his family drives him, his crew and his adoptive daughter into the heart of danger. Once in the White Dragon's lair, Ahab must battle the monster, confront a mutinous crew and reclaim the love of his daughter. The movie, a production of Koan, Inc., also stars Vinnie Jones (Swordfish, The Cape).

Sunday:

There's another new True Blood on HBO at 9 PM, "I Wish I Was The Moon."

Under a full moon, Sookie heads out to look for Jason. Arlene and Terry have to deal with a suspicious out-of-control fire. Marnie establishes a rapport with past spirits. Alcide considers Debbie's urging to join a new werewolf community. Sam and Tommy trade places. Lafayette is making headway in Mexico. Eric gives in to his King's wishes.

Also at 9 PM: another new Leverage on TNT, "The Carnival Job."

There's a new Falling Skies at 10 PM, "What Hides Beneath." Maybe this time we'll get some real answers about the mysterious alien invaders?

Captain Weaver's mental condition continues to deteriorate causing trouble for Tom and Hal when he joins them on a reconnaissance mission, Back at the high school Pope constructs a potent weapon to use against the aliens and Anne makes a shocking discovery while performing an autopsy on a dead Skitter.

Also at 10 PM, there's a new Breaking Bad on AMC, "Open House."

At midnight, Cartoon Network's Adult Swim has the season finale of Mongo Wrestling Alliance, "Nekro Nurses."
