Morgan Spurlock, the director behind Super Size Me, has turned his lens to the world's biggest geek gathering, the San Diego Comic-Con.

Interviewing such nerd icons as Kevin Smith, Joss Whedon, Eli Roth and Stan Lee, Spurlock attempts to dissect the cultural phenomenon that is SDCC. How so? By following a handful of attendees as they make their way through the convention center. Here's the synopsis for Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan's Hope:

We'll be honest, we were very nervous about this documentary, fearing it may be another Big Bang Theory in documentary clothing, but so far it appears to be both honest and endearing.
