Holy hell, is Jamie Price's massive tyrannosaurus rex skeleton costume the ultimate in dinosaur cosplay. As you can see in the video above, the skeleton is a giant puppet that the user operates.

Should you desire to dress as a ghost thunder lizard for weddings and graduations, Price has written instructions on how to build your own 25-pound dead dinosaur. Be forewarned that several buckets of elbow grease are required:

This T-Rex skeleton costume is absolutely insaneS

It is over 10 feet tall and 14 feet long! There are over 140 individual parts that were created. It is built from a flexible foam with a welded steel/aluminum support substructure. Most of the parts were cut using a CNC router with a few cut by hand using a dremel and regular router. Total build time was around 130 hours at a materials/machine time cost of $550.

I want to build a dozen of these, drench them in glow-in-the-dark paint, and fly out to Ibiza and give a bunch of tripping ravers heart attacks. "This island, it is a dinosaur burial ground!"
