Crowdfund French revolution vampire comics, a demonic war, and the stage revival of a 1950s scifi classic

It's choose your favorite media in today's crowdfund round-up, with projects from a host of different categories. Like comics? One of the web's finest cartoonists has some fun rewards for her backers. Prefer short film? We have a war-torn fantasy filled with gruesome demons. Rather give to the legitimate theater? A production team is looking to bring a 1950s classic back to the stage.

The Dylan Meconis Library 2012: Dylan Meconis is an incredible webcomic artist responsible for the vampires in the French Revolution comedy Bite Me!, the historical tale of theologians and wolves Family Man, and the Eisner-nominated fable short Outfoxed. She also has perhaps the most adorable Kickstarter video I've ever seen. She's looking to print an anniversary edition of Bite Me!, a first run of Outfoxed, and a new art book Danse Macabre 2.0. She'd also like to pay her freelancer taxes. This is a particularly well structured reward set, and Meconis lets you pick and choose what combinations of rewards you'd like. For a $10 pledge, you'll receive PDFs of all three books, plus a 4x6" postcard print. For a $55 pledge, you'll receive all three print books and three postcard prints.

Ashes of Seraphim Short Film: Influenced by Roger Zelazny's The Chronicles of Amber, Ashes of Seraphim is a fantasy film set during a war between demons and the beings who keep them in the shadows. We follow one such being as he looks for an urn containing the ashes of his lost love through a landscape containing materials from different times, places, and realms of existence. The filmmakers have shot most of the film, but are hoping to raise the funds to complete it. For a $10 pledge, you'll receive streaming access to the film. For a $20 pledge, you'll receive a download of Ashes of Seraphim and of a three-minute subplot film.

Chronicles of Syntax Web Series: Susan E. Clarke has found a strong fanbase in her audio production Primary Faction, and now she's looking to turn her Chronicles of Syntax into a full-fledged video web series. The MMO-inspired series explores the idea of the "chosen one," with the lead character Sian trying to find the rest of her amnesiac team in order to stop the apocalypse. For a $25 pledge, you'll receive a digital download of all the season one scripts, plus a signed Chronicles of Syntax poster.

Arch Oboler's Night of the Auk Theater Revival: Night of the Auk, the tale of the crew of an ill-fated spacecraft returning to Earth after their lunar mission, premiered on Broadway in 1956, but has since fallen into obscurity. Now the theater company Outside Inside wants to revive this play and bring it back to the stage. For $100, you'll receive a program credit and a ticket to any performance of the play at FringeNYC.
