What comics are in the stores tomorrow? First off, we have Fashion Beast, the comic adaptation of Alan Moore's unfilmed screenplay he wrote with Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren. Here's the synopsis from Avatar Press:
Working with Malcolm McLaren [...] Alan Moore turned his attention to a classic re-telling of a fable through his unyielding and imaginative vision. The two developed a story that redefined Beauty and the Beast in a dystopian future city dominated by a fashion house, which Moore then fully-scripted into a huge screenplay.
Other debuts include Marvel's Road To Oz, the Archie Comics superhero book New Crusaders, the fairy tale series Damsels, the pulp book Peter Cannon: Thunderbolt, the Invincible spin-off Guarding The Globe, and a new Phantom Stranger series ("How he is responsible for the creation of The Spectre! And what else has he done that may have sealed the fate of the entire DC Universe?"). Marvel's also reprinting floppy-cover compilations of the 2008 Japanese superhero team miniseries Big Hero Six and the 1990 series Thanos Quest.
As for returning books, there are new issues of Action Comics, Smallville (it's the "Batman finally shows up" issue), The Boys, Animal Man, Sweet Tooth, Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre, Hawkeye, Punisher, Dial H, Swamp Thing, Stormwatch (preview here), Love And Capes What To Expect and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Color Classics (previews here).
And for graphic novels, there's the first volume of Jonathan Hickman's Manhattan Projects, the second Starman omnibus, and a collected hardcover edition of Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips' Incognito.
