This past weekend, we all rediscovered our love for the Muppets, those fuzzy avatars of cuteness and the can-do spirit. And you know, when some of us think that it's time to play the music and light the lights, our thoughts turn... frisky.

That's why there's Muppet Burlesque, in many cities across the U.S. As Buffy the Vampire Slayer almost said, "I love sweet muppety sex." Check out some pictures and videos. But be warned — it's not for everybody, and it could be NSFW.

Muppet Burlesque shows have taken part in cities all across this great nation. There's been a Muppet Show at The Delancey in New York, a Monday Night Tease! show at the 3 of Clubs in Los Angeles, Kentucky Fried Woman in Oakland, CA, plus shows in Seattle and elsewhere. Many people just enjoy watching hot ladies (and the occasional gent) in Muppet costumes taking it all off. It's all in the spirit of fun, irony and campy performance that makes burlesque so awesome.
