Let's see how many more I can think of:
In Buffy and Angel, vampires sometime fight against or for robots and cyborgs. So that's futuristic, I guess.
Milla Jovovich in Ultraviolet is supposed to be a vampire, isn't she? Or maybe the movie totally forgot about that?
In Underworld, vampires and werewolves both researched some pretty cool tech to kill each other.
I also guess this whole posts is inspired by Daybreakers, the blood-IS-oil-metaphor movie.
Don't forget I Am Legend. The book have the protagonist studying vampirism to learn how to deal with them.

@syafiqjabar: I Am Legend and Ultraviolet both have vampiric themes, but I decided not to include them because they weren't quite vampy enough. But that's debatable for sure. Underworld . . . nah. There was very little tech. Mostly just contemporary medicine. Nothing like the gene manipulation in Blade II. And goddammit I really need to see Daybreakers.
