No market for Josei or Seinen? I don't know about that. May have to do with the fact that it's niche and they don't know how to market it, nor where to place it in the manga genre as a whole.

I'm an old fart and I still read some of this stuff- but yeah, the titles are few and far between and tend to be the more out there stuff.
But I still love my Urusei Yatsura and Ranma.

And I'm pretty sure that Death Note is considered Shonen, not mature...

SKEPTIC magazine tore the whole Roswell story apart- and I do mean apart- in an issue a few years ago.

But "oh, my dad talked to an alien. He said we couldn't do anything for him" So her pops just wanders off and says nothing to anybody? Not even what he looked like except for "a little guy"?
