Italian researchers reporting in the <a href="http://pubs.acs.org/cgi-bin/abstract.cgi/jafcau/asap/abs/jf0733012.html">Journal of the American Chemical Society</a> say that when tomato plants are watered with a 12% saltwater solution, they produce sweeter, tastier fruit that's also higher in vitamins A and C. <a href="http://io9.com/385353/seawater-crops-could-solve-food-water-shortages" title="Click here to read more about Seawater Crops Could Solve Food, Water Shortages">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>
