A mysterious Android Robot is created out of the maimed body of a former narcotics agent. He looks just like Robocop! Except for, well, the costume being made of those shiny silver things you put in your car windshield to block the sun. But nothing in the entire universe can compare to this fight scene between Android Robot and the evil narcotics-selling Hopping Vampires.
