AskMen.com has constructed a Jedi workout. Slogan: "you too could harness the Force in your muscular fitness." The routine includes Force jumps, hyperspace holds, lightsaber pulls, and many others. Kudos for encouraging people to get out of their easy-chair, but shame for creating a workout called "space slug boots." All my love to the first fan who recreates this on Youtube wearing 80s Jedi workout gear.
