Because "Absolute Shit Show" was too long, American Horror Story's fourth season finally has a title — and even more details. We cannot wait for the carnival of chaos that will be the newly titled American Horror Story: Freak Show.
Last week FX spilled the beans that the new season of AHS would be set in a Carnival, so hold onto your butts because FUCKING SCARY CLOWNS are coming. And now show co-creator Ryan Murphy has revealed (via twitter) the official title to this new season:

So what else do we know? Well Jessica Lange revealed that she will playing the German-accented immigrant. We know that the whole thing will be set in the 1950s. And now thanks to EW we know that it will be set in Jupiter Florida, the home of the Cardinals' spring training. Lange will also be in charge of this band of "unusuals." Which means: Expect sexy ringleader costumes and more fabulous hats. Also in talks for the season, "Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, and Frances Conroy all play performers whom Lange's character has rescued; Denis O'Hare and Emma Roberts: Bring the crazy, ladies, our bodies are ready.
