Sorry, but I'm afraid our time together is at an end. It was fun. io9, it wasn't your fault, but you're the one here when it happened, so there we are. As stated in another post, Gawker's PHBs have set new standards for knuckleheadedness, so I'm out of here, and will hope to find my SF information at some other location. Annalee, I'm sure things will be fixed, in the words of a certain group from Planet 10, 'Real Soon', but that's only until the next time Denton choses to do something monumentally stupid. #observationdeck
I hate to be 'that guy', Nick (as I'm directing this to the PHB in charge of this), but the 'improved' design stinks. Dysfunctional in every sense of the word, seemingly for the sole purpose of making ads impossible to avoid. Congratulations, between this and the whole password fiasco, Gawker Media is being aded to my hosts filter, redirected to 127.0.0.1, and the email account associated with this account (oddly enough, dentonisafrigginpinheadATyahoo...) is being abandoned. To everyone else, it was fun, but nothing lasts forever. Namaste.
@Ghost in the Machine: I see a lot of Bureau 13 in SU2 - B13 came out in the early 80's, and had a lot of the same over-the-topness. Full Moonster was even set in Chicago.
@MrGOH: Well, there was racism and shots to the groin in the book, so I'd hope for accuracy.
@Zuldim: It was early-evening weekend fare, so I'd guess not. But I could be mistaken.

@SupaChupacabra: Really! Only nye kulturni put Ketchup on dogs. The proper accoutriments are mustard, relish, onions, tomato wedges, a dill spear, sport peppers, and celery salt. Coneys and rippers are for advanced students only.
@FrankN.Stein: My google-Fu is weak; I couldn't find the Giant Zentradi Head in a Jar from Do You Remember Love...
@MisterOkapi: Shhh. Let the mea culpa brigade wallow in their guilt for a while.
