Having gone to the same showing, I'd disagree - but Mr. Christie has made excellent points.
I'm especially intrigued by the multitude of faults he alone found with Black Swan, seemingly missed by every other critic...and despite its purpose, the whiskey helped his mind assemble a lucid and incise perspective - one I think we should bear in mind when reading other, more glowing reviews of this movie.
Clearly, Mr. Christie is an exceptional movie critic. We should treat him as such.
