Was going to saying the research team have clearly watched Dark Star too many times but i think that point only comes when you start building sentient star killing bomb.
How about after the attack we become friends with the planet where the aliens came from, because they have all the rocket fuel, and we attack one lawless planet that has one or two training bases on it and planet it that had fuck all to do with it but we just don't like too much.
Or is that so silly no one in their right minds would go for it?
Re the flash forward clip;was there any sense in sending to video to be analysed in that manner? the human brain very good at spotting people from their movements very bad at understanding concepts like one in 40. plus it was a CCTV camera from 100 yards away judging his high would be at the mercy of big pixels that could add or take inches.
@350z-racer: Surely you can excuse that last pointless hour? All it did was show how books and films are not the same. Films were better than the books though but that's mainly due to the lack of singing.
h@ManchuCandidate: hater!! Star wars was clearly the revealed truth of the force. It just used GL as it's vessel. These things have been proved fact so many times I won't insult you with evidence. .
Lose the time travel, dinos, setting and most of the cast and make it a two and a half hour, $300 million movie of the cute one from S Club 7 dancing round in her underwear. Do it now.
If there is "no doubt" then you would think they could cite some studies that confirm it and then just for shits and giggles one or two that say that the odd bad dream is in anyway harmful to the developing mind.
@critifur: He rips a guys wind pipe out of he's neck. How can you not want to see that? When I become the lord protector of the world the 1st thing I'm doing is making every film studio make two movies a year that contain a wind pipe ripping scene.
@stryker1138: both are awful. but then star trek fans are not known for their love of good design anymore than their love of good dialogue, story, and dress sense.
