This is what I thought of during the Blind Witch sequence:
I am a little confuzzled; has Fringe been moved to Monday nights? I'm seeing a date of January 13th for the midseason premiere.
Didn't Maleficent's invitation get lost under the carpet when it was delivered, or am I thinking of another Disney movie?

Ah. I watch the episodes online (via CTV.ca), so that would explain why I missed the ad! That and I just wasn't paying any damn attention.
Actually, I never saw the ads but yes, the text definitely stuck Rapunzel in my head. Also, 'Tangled' got mixed in there, too....
Can one be raised by themselves? Or perhaps raised by the wilds itself? *shrugs*
Ah, I see. That makes sense. I just immediately suspected the mom because there's always some evil queen/witch lurking around in fairy tales....
I though of Rapunzel, as well, because she seems pretty adept with controlling her braid, but they didn't really delve in to that aspect. That would be an interesting spin on Rapunzel's story.
The mom looked awfully nervous; I was pretty sure she sent Mr. Addison out to the woods - perhaps because she discovered her adopted daughter to be more than a cute little girl. Perhaps this is something they'll poke at further? Or did I just interpret it wrong?
