It seems to have a feature like the SteamCloud, or whatever it's called. I played From Dust and it failed, every single time, both logging in and out, to connect to their cloud server but I still had my progress. If I uninstall and reinstall, chances are everything I had would be lost.

This connection to their cloud server is also different from their check-on-start-up-DRM, but there was no way to turn it off either. This made starting and closing the game take a few extra minutes every time.
And, in case you missed the news, the PC version got thrown back a couple of weeks. Expect it (barring another delay) August 17. PS3 still TBA.
And PC. The PSN port is coming later this summer.
From Dust hits PCs same day as XBox.
No love for From Dust? Comes out the 27th for everything.
It's more likely that their kids shouldn't be able to have kids, since one parent would be a human and the other a mutant. So the mutants' kids would be like ligers, whereas the parents would be the lion/tiger. Alternatively, their kids could be like the combination polar bear/grizzly bear offspring, which can reproduce with themselves, and theoretically with either parent species.
You don't think that makes the AI more realistic?
Wait, this is going to be a PS3 exclusive? I got a chance to play with it and they were using XBox360 controllers. They even said that it was coming to multiple systems. Did this get changed at some point?
Seeing things like these makes me wish there was a scrapyard anywhere near my house.
@mcderek3000: I thought his hair didn't grow in our sun or something like that, making shaving and haircuts unneeded.
"furthering our belief that Blizzard should stop making games and start making movies."

If they stop making games, I'm coming for you.
@Taggart6: I'd hit it with a "wooden stake", if you know what I'm saying.
@chenry: Starcraft was for a console.
@Hiero: All I could think reading your comment is that @ChickenPawks apparently is a variable that equals 2. I need to get out more.
@JabbaB: I am going to bookmark this prediction. If this comes to pass, I owe a you drink.
@madog: I like your style.
This can be done for much less than the $1500-$2500 price tag you listed if you also make your own projector. That project is pretty simple and cheap (assuming you have an LCD monitor) and the results can be just about as good as purchased projectors. I'm pretty sure that there's even a post here to make one yourself. This would limit what you need to buy to a computer (possibly), a webcam/PSEye, the acrylic, and the LEDs.
This one stinks for people in the wrong hemisphere. Getting images of spring would be tough when autumn is coming on strong.
@Vajesticles: Not really anything to do with your post, but how did you manage to get 8 Sims? I can only ever get 4 at a time for some reason.
