While certainly no masterpiece, I actually quite liked the exuberance of GI Joe. I will watch the sequel once it's on one of the movie channels though.
To be honest Facebook's image policy with regards to sex and violence seems pretty much in line with what's allowed on US TV. Of course that doesn't make it right or logical.
Shane and Rick have both been right. While Rick is a true leader and will make the hard decisions, Shane will do what needs to be done 'for the greater good' regardless of morality. After a zombie apocalypse a leader needs both traits.
Remade by the same studio who did the V remake? That doesn't bode well.
I hope they do something new, like maybe the moon goes to another part of the galaxy that's heavily populated by aliens, who are ramping up for war or something.
I also thought about the Philadelphia experiment. It could explain some aspects of the time traveling stuff, but leaves a lot out, like the mysterious prisoner that was locked away needing at least 3 keys to access.
Unintentional racism is calling the asian girl 'yellow', even though it was referring to her shirt. I suppose it's like assuming an asian is good at math before knowing that the particular person really is good at math. I could go on but I hope you get the point.
It's probably not scary, but I'll admit that the scene with the ghost appearing behind Daniel Radcliffe when he was looking out the window (as shown above) did creep me out the first time I saw it.
What utter nonsense, the someone could be a brother, or close friend etc. If you mean "I heard that a friend of someone who ..." then you might have a point.
