You know... I'd be on board with this Hulu scam (come on, it's such a scam) if I could get it ad free. Hey, charge the $10 for this and then another $5 ($15 a month) for no ads. Why not?
Right, I know, ad revenue. Google is the king of it and everyone else wants a slice. But do WE want them, the consumer? No, we don't. And many would pay to have a lack of them.
If you're going to charge money for something make it worth me buying. Sorry but Grooveshark is FREE or, if I'd like, I can pay $3 to get more stuff and no ads. Granted that's just music, but you get my drift.
@RJ went back to 2005 and bought an Xbox 360!: I thought we, on Gizmodo, did away with cable and all that like... ages ago? Does no one know EZTV from TPB? What am I missing here? Why so much pant cream for $10 out of pocket for what I can get for free? I'm boggled.
@cormack: That isn't trolling, that's called being lazy. Trolling is intentionally saying something to get a response.
Trolling requires a certain amount of cleverness, being lazy and a fool does not.
So, am I seeing this right? When two players are close enough they get that D-Pad High Five thing. Once hit they join up and... player 1 controls the pair thus allowing player 2 to aim, fire, look at gear, etc? Much like the follow command in WoW? Loved that one.
"Hey man, I gotta piss, I'm on follow. brb."
"Kay cool, it's a long ride from here."
@spannu: Yeah, but my mom didn't go and post pictures of me for the whole world to see. I didn't make out with girls behind my pal (brother?) on the couch. Soooo... yeah.
"It is important to also note that it isn't only manga creators or computer game creators who are against this bill, but Japanese politicians as well."
Right. Because it isn't just greasy creepers that like loli.
