I was mightily surprised that Oni Press' "Wasteland" wasn't listed in your top 10 sci-fi comics of the last decade. If "Scott Pilgrim" makes a sci-fi list, then surely "Wasteland" should be on it.

I am watching Gross Pointe Blank and I am asking myself-

Why the Frak is John Cusack not being cast as Spike? He's been a private accomplished martial artist for years, he's the same age as Keanu, AND he has the comic sensibilities and sensitivity and toughness the character demands.

Loved the article on Comic Con! Sure it was crowded, but I still managed to have fun (I even went to some panels.) I looked for the io9 crew, but alas, I didn't get there until late Thursday, and I couldn't find *ANYTHING* on the floor.

Oh, and a fedora with a card in it that says "press"... awesome!! I actually LOLd at that!
