"Exploding hollow point round"? Hollow points aren't "explosive." They expand as a result of reaction to a target animal or person's body fluids resulting in larger blood loss when and if it exits. I am assuming this laptop has none to speak of. Damage is still done, but it would have been cheaper and perhaps more satisfying to hit it with a sledge hammer.
Everybody who enjoys his show knows he's a bit nuts. That's why we watch the show. I'd say the same of directors, writers, musicians and others who live under the lens. I don't want to know them IRL, but I value their contribution.
@sui generis: Appreciate your opinion, but really that did come off as a lot bitter. Opinions, by their nature, have to often be defended. Of this, I'm sure, you already know.
I think we agree it was bitch move but legal, but I'd add that the ref was terrible on two counts. One for being inattentive. What the hell? It was the 4th round. Where was his head? Also: There was a foul and he should have sent each to their corners to cool off before restarting the fight. Its good practice and he botched it.
They did. It's the Ultimates Universe, so they can do whatever they want without changing the main continuity of Earth-616. I seriously don't mind a whole series of different Spider-man characters under the mask. Any ethnicity or sexual orientation. Just as long as it keeps the protagonist a new hero finding his way in the world. Probably just me, but the most interesting Spider-man tales were told when he was a neophyte superhero.
There was going to be an electroshock-free brawl in any case. The men had a right to not stand to attention. That is their right as Americans. It was the Marine who did not honor what he was fighting for: the right of free speech.
