As weirdly frustrating it can seem, we are talking about machines more than 4+ years old and I can appreciate that Apple is willing to cut loose dead weight from its coding structure.

The sloppiest thing that Apple has done that I can see is the removal of the Edge software switch on the iPhone 4S. I get great edge reception at my house, and spotty 3G at best. Keep in mind I live within 5 minutes of Downtown Seattle. My phone is fucking useless as a phone unless I can catch it during a brief moment it has flipped over to edge.
Seriously, I work in Downtown Seattle, and I can fucking see my house from here...
So, my only fucking option is to spend $200 for a goddamn box that makes me use MY internet service to get phone service.
This is all well and good, except that we now know that the waves generated are affected by not only the depth and amount of energy released, but the type of fault generating the waves in the first place.
