Can you link some of your standup? One of the reasons I come here on weekends is because of the dry humour in your posts, and I wanna see it more! #about
It LOOKS amazing. The art style reminds me a lot of The Bouncer from the PS2. Lmao at Leona Lewis. #finalfantasyxiii
What's with people saying this article talked about Lose/Lose being an art? I think both the creator and Stephen are trying to get us to understand how games are expanding their experiences - different from being art. #loselose
@Blah8: Nail on the head matey. I think both flying colossus in SotC are the favourites of many for good reason. Flying brings a whole new array of factors which are not necessarily experienced in most games. Freedom has a lot to do with it, I think. My best flying experience used to be on Just Cause - simply hi-jacking a passenger plane, getting it up to 10,000 feet and leaping out. Awesome. #flyinggames
Hopefully it won't be like the nuke scene in MW1. 'OMG DIS IS SO POWERFULLLLL' Yeaaaah, right. #modernwarfare2
@NoBullet: Hell, plastic or not, I'd rather tap the E3 birds. Some of these ones are cute, but its a shame they're all about 4'1.
@Prinny1God: Its Clanker from Banjo-Kazooie, duh.
Our Stephen made a post about two weeks ago which is very relevant to this topic. He made an article whereby he suggested some (pretty good) games that should be turned into films, following Hollywood Reporter's reports of the Asteroids game.

But how much is it like 1991's Total Recall!?
@Mr. Pie:

Never played Mass Effect, then?

@OpinionMan:

On the money, mon.

I agree that Schafer has been exceedingly over-hyped by the videogaming media, but he's not really that good at videoGAMES. Last year The Escapist ran this 'Developer Showdown' project over March, and I spent the majority of it criticising Double Fine. These guys do NOT make BAD games, but there are a million studios that do it just as well. Its a pity that DF release games so infrequently, but they shouldn't be praised or hyped extraordinarily for doing so. Brutal Legend looks awesome, but I've played ten games in its development time alone that I've felt really good about - some from the same studio. People follow Schafer out of a mixture of anticipation and nostalgia. No one is saying his game are bad, but they should aim to kick it up a notch.

I love how the guitarist kinda sighs when she comes over. :P
@geiko:

Wouldn't it be LittleBigGalaxy? ;)

@Spoony Bard:

Give that gold star to me so you can get another one. ;)

@Lythium:

I also agree.

One less reason to buy a DSi, eh?

Looks like the original's audience will be.... LEFT FOR DEAD!

...

!!!

'I said I was standing next to Peter Molyneux and he sort of sighed.'

Hah!

@Glorax:

Clear off.

This isn't about accepting innovation. To buy into this would be to believe the words of a man who, quite frankly, spends half his time talking bullshit and the other half wanking about how great he is.
