I was in the same boat. Cept my charging port and screen were broken so I was kinda forced to go with the Bionic. But I do love it. 4g goodness, it's super speedy. I went ahead and got the extended battery for 40 dollars and have yet to go below 60% battery after full day of use(and I use my phone a pretty decent amount). I'm really liking it, I'm sure one of the next ones around the corner will be better but that's always the case with technology. Took a day or two to get used to not having a keyboard/picture button though, but since I used Swype anyway, no big deal. Plus the camera is about 1000x better than OG Droid.
And like I said, can't hate on Unlimited data ~40+Mb down ~14Mb up. When I was setting up my apps, I couldn't get to another app before the app I just started to download is finished downloading and installing.
I'm almost positive I read on the US site that a feature was 'suggestions' and 'related artists' haven't seen either of those. If anyone wants to test social features out feel free to add me, i'm emayinin.
If you mean can't sync with a computer hardwired and device on wifi then that's wrong. I just did that. Otherwise yeah, wifi only syncing could be silly, though most people do have wifi now.
Can't imagine how fast technology will start growing if this becomes available to humans, I'm assuming this would be when singularity occurs. Even with the issues that come with it.
@JosephCole: I've beenwondering a bout that. At first I was like, man they really like IOS5 on gizmodo, typical. Then I was like, haven't I seen this article about bread vending machines? Now I just deal with it, though I don't look at lifehacker much so this is all still new to me!:D
