Maybe not SciFi, but the final 2-3 minutes of Avatar: The Last Airbender cartoon series made me cry every time and it still does. And it was/is the most beautiful and perfect happy ending of any series or movie I ever saw... Second up: Luke and Vader aboard the Death Star as its exploding around them. Third: While I don't remember the exact scene, the movie Cocoon (featuring old people and aliens) by Ron Howard made me cry at one scene. I think one of the main actors was pleading to the aliens to save his wife or something. I was about 10 when i first watched it and probably the first time I cried to a scene in a movie. Fourth: Harry Potters 'death' in Book 7 made me water my eyes.
Notice how it reflects the huge explosion coming her way.
I'd like to see Nathan Fillion use his cowboy outfit once again. :D
Seen it, and I was fairly disappointed by the whole thing. Needed more Deanna. Thou shall not spoil it further. #theplan
I for one welcome our new circle loving overlords...
I would have voted for Enterprise if the last episode was Terra Prime, NOT that crap that is These Are the Voyages... I don't recognize that episode as the last one, and never will. Terra Prime's ending was so damn perfect it almost made me cry. Its probably one of the best ST episodes I've ever saw (whole 4th season is exceptional for me).

But, I've voted for TNG. When I first saw the ending, I felt so sad. :( That last scene is brilliant. :)

@Davio: The idea presented in the pilot episode is... new terrorists are young, so lets train young agents. Most of these people are volunteers that signed up. Besides, a nuke went off in London so I'm guessing they were a bit understaffed after the boom.

Overall, its not a spectacular show. Won't cry if they cancel it. The story arc in the first season was interesting, but for me, a few more episodes to stretch it out would have been nice.
