Murray is entitled to his opinion and I certainly don't want him acting in any movie he doesn't want to, but there is absolutely no reason to even attempt making the movie without him. It's as simple as that.
That Wikipedia pronunciation tip is brilliant. I've never known how to read the IPA symbols and I often don't want to have to play the sound, so this will come in handy.

Basically, a minor celebrity who is both a (good looking) woman and likes video games, so she does the occasional Kotaku article.

"Children like Razputin, the game's hero, voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz of Invader Zim fame." -> "of The Angry Beavers fame." Fixed it for you.

Well yeah, I know they didn't actually make the cutscenes or anything, but the cutscenes on the DS made with Mobiclip always seemed to be of a higher quality than those that weren't.

I mean, come on. This video was on a DS screen. The codec that makes this possible is impressive.

It works on water, but as you can see, Marty's having a tough time propelling himself. However, if your board has power (like Griff's Pit Bull model), it not only hovers (like Marty's), but it propels itself, so it's actually usable.
I totally forgot about Metroid Prime Hunters, but yeah, it used it too (I think that was when they were called ActImagine). It almost got to the point where all quality DS cutscenes were done by them, so it makes sense that Nintendo would acquire them.
I remember starting to see Mobiclip's stuff in the phenomenal Final Fantasy DS games. The cutscenes in FF4 in particular looked great and I'm happy if this means we'll be seeing more videos of that quality.
I agree, but that's not really related to this. This is more for embedding videos in games, not for sharing content like Youtube.
Not sure if these are one and the same, but... [kotaku.com]
Oh that would be so cool. I'm hoping these aren't the only toys they're doing...
For the man who already eats his Snickers bars with a knife and fork...

And as was posted below, this was actually already featured... in 2010. [lifehacker.com]

Well, at least I know I'm not the only one to remember Tips Box posts from 2010... I knew I had heard this on here before.
Yeah, I know what quicksave is, but I honestly never found myself using it. I was too afraid I'd screw it up and save instead of loading in a crucial moment, so I just went into the menu and saved everytime. And ok, I'll give you anti-aliasing, but that's not really a difference between The Orange Box PC and Xbox, but more of a difference between most PC games and most console games. Honestly, I played all of the Orange Box games on my PC and it would have looked better on an Xbox because my computer is a 5 1/2 year old laptop.

Still though, I don't think this qualifies the Xbox version as being "vanilla."

I actually liked Enterprise and I felt that "In a Mirror Darkly Darkly" was easily one of the best episodes in the series, but hey, to each his own.
Really? "Sensory Substitution Device"? Just call it "Visual Instrument and Sensory Organ Replacement" and be done with it. I'm honestly surprised you didn't mention the VISOR in the io9 article itself...
I have no idea what you mean by AA, but I didn't use quicksave in the PC version of any of these, so it clearly depends on the person. Still though, outside of TF2, I'd hardly call any of these "vanilla."
That's really only the case for TF2. For HL2, Episode 1, Episode 2, and Portal, the Xbox version is pretty much the same as any of the other versions.
Can't help but think of Sheldon...
Yeah, I never associated Tron with black lights.
