@jesterspawn: Trolls will be trolls regardless of whether their names are shown or not. I think they realized that this would not affect the trolls, but the people who attempt to make civilized discussion. It was enabling the trolls to cause more harm, not punishing them.

@Xucuroz: Cross your fingers? I got into the SC2 beta merely a week after I cancelled my WoW account. I don't know if it was luck as opposed to... um, customer retention? And this was back in the third wave of keys.
