Black Canary has the superpower to project a super-loud sound wave from her mouth that can smash stuff up (please don't go into that), but she's also a martial artist and boxer, so she has a pretty good excuse to be fit. And and she's pretty damn badass. Mind you, my impression of her is from the recent animated Justice League Unlimited cartoon, where she technically doesn't wear fishnets because they couldn't get them to animate properly.

Hope that is enough info for you to go on, Wikipedia should have the rest. And I agree that superheroines have a body imagine problem- but I gotta say, it's not like the males are average Joes either!

That and Justice League has lots of badass superheroines- Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, Huntress, and especially Big Barda. Good superheroines are often all about female empowerment without being patronising... at least, I think they should be. That and Amazons are hot.
