I suggest to those interested in the Hunger Games a little series called Twilight. Your expectations are clearly pretty low, so I'm sure you'll all love a little Bella and Edward action. ;) You're welcome.
What?! That's absurd? Movie ratings have clamped down so freakin' tightly and inconsistently over the past 20 years that a movie rated PG now would have been rated G back then. Take a peak at some of the PG rated movies from yester-years; watch The Secret of Nimh, which is technically rated G, and you'll see just how wrong your comment is.
I find myself in pain seeing great things like this b/c we live in such extraordinary times that are simultaneously shitty.
I'm in complete agreement. It sounds lame, but I remember having this toy and always blowing my own mind by counting the number of spikes/sharp things that came with it. Golly-gee!
My favorite Nic Cage movie, which also happens to be in my top 50 category, is Lord of War.
The thing that hurt my eyes was the giant "20th Century FOX" logo at the beginning. That, in-of-itself, is a kiss of death.

One of the few times in my life I take the slightly cautious approach and I get a response like yours. Wonderful! :) I'm in the same boat; for me, I'm always shocked at how much caffeine, specifically coffee based caffeine (for me at least) acts like an anti-depressant. If I'm feeling gloomy about going into work, I'll just have a cup of coffee before I go in.

@allbutoneday I'm in complete agreement about the profiteering aspect of the mentioned chemicals. It always blows my mind just how acceptable caffeine, and alcohol are, yet 50% of American teenagers will be involved in an alcohol-related car accident at some point in their life. I'm not just pulling that statistic out of my ass, I read it somewhere recently.

Cannabis, for me, isn't so much about the "let's get loaded" thing, but rather the constant struggle for equality and stability of our understanding of substances across the board in this country. The inconsistencies drive me up the wall, and they will always bug me b/c I don't have a wallet big enough to do anything about it.

Does anyone know if there have been extensive studies done to see what people's behavior does when they are under the influence of caffeine or nicotine? I know they're not as potent as alcohol or cannabis, but to discredit them as "non-mind altering" is completely shortsighted. Hardly anyone ever refers to caffeine or nicotine as the REAL gateway drugs.
I'd let her sit on my face.
Oh, now that is just fuckin' creepy!
I don't remember specifics, but a Korean professor of mine once drew upon the strong similarities between the Star Wars movies (all six) and Chinese philosophy. Specifically, he drew upon the similarities in names and their role. It's not a coincidence that 'Jedi' sounds like 'Samurai' and that both are highly-trained experts of a sword-like weapon who also appear to have mystical powers. I'm sure I could find an article online drawing upon this similarity if I simply looked, and I'm also sure that I was one of the last persons to learn this, but it was very interesting at the time to learn this connection.
But he has a fire inside of him for the technicality of the craft of art and how it expresses such immense emotion! If you can't understand it, you obviously have no interest in art! ::snickers::
Ah, so you're a fan of the newest Rambo movie huh? Completely unnecessary violence is your preference I see. ;)

I'd be leery of this purely b/c it makes me think of the T-Virus. (Joking of course).
