I LOVE 65daysofstatic! Sadly, though, as an American I don't think I'll ever get to see them live. I missed out on my one chance four years ago.
I thought there was a miniseries or movie in development at the moment. I might be wrong, though. Maybe I just hope there is.
Awesome, I just bought it. Now to find the right person to gift my paper copy to.
Indeed. He should take that as his queue to try and make better movies. Of course, based on behind the scenes footage, Lucas seems to think he's telling stories that are on par with great works of literature.
Now do a version where Malukah sings over Charlie's music. I think the internet can make this happen.
Dear fighting games,

I am not, nor will I ever be a circus clown and therefore have no interest in learning to juggle. Please be more creative with your fighting systems.

Robert Downey Junior is a great Sherlock Holmes for people who don't like the character Sherlock Holmes.
My thoughts exactly!

With that budget its only hope is to come back as a one man play that all takes place in one location.

Thanks for doing this interview. It's really interesting to read the thought that went into the vignettes. Also, I've been looking for the full sequence to show all the designers/animators I work with.
I remember when the original plan was to have all four movies finished by 2010.
Steve jobs didn't wear a belt when he tucked his shirt into his jeans. I always thought that looked weird.
I'd love a Samus figure that's not $100.
I was really hoping they would be included in the sale. I've been wanting a few of those, but $30 for 20 cylinders or 12 squares is a bit steep.
I like that Neil Gaiman is super busy being awesome all over TV and the internet, but I'd also like to read another book by him someday.
I bought Infinity Blade II on my iPad 1 the day it came out and it crashes on the startup screen every time. I've tried the recommendations to close all the apps or restart the iPad to free up memory and nothing works. Two updates and almost a month later and it's still broken for a lot of people.
Step 1: Throw away your original iPad.
Isn't technology and its impact on society the entire point of science fiction? To examine human nature and how we react morally and socially to major events or advancements in technology? That's my understanding of Science Fiction, because otherwise you just have fantasy stories set in space instead of medieval europe.

You do realize that quite a lot of people are sitting around and talking about SOPA, which has the ability to seriously cripple the internet, -- one of the biggest, life changing advancements of the past few decades-- right? It's a technological entity that's so big that people are writing laws to deal with it. When the internet first expanded into daily use, people made movies about it and the possible impacts it could have on society. Even to this day people spend quite a lot of time discussing the moral implications of the internet. Some people even spend time discussing its relevance on sci-fi news blogs.

I also agree with Forbes. Deus Ex brought up some genuinely interesting concepts regarding the social implications of augmentation. There were a lot of ideas presented in the game that stuck with me long after I'd stopped playing.

Even the marketing for Deus ex had some fantastic social commentary. That Purity First video was so well done.

I'm also planning on trading in my VirtualBoy (3DS) for a PSVita. I hope I'm not equally disappointed with this system.
