If TDK is Science Fiction, so is James Bond. If you want to draw the lines that broadly, fine, but I don't see how based on the article's arguments you could say TDK is science fiction and Bond movies aren't.
Superheroes aren't inherently science fiction, and even in the ones that have a somewhat sciencey origin, that's generally a minor point.
