For all we know Google may have simply disabled the feature to ensure everyone that while its unknown whether or not any tracking was going on there most definitely isn't any tracking going on now. Right now all this is is fear mongering about how Google could be tracking you without your permission, and until they have proof that Google was actually maliciously tracking people without their permission (implied, or otherwise) that is all it will be.
I think everyone just needs to shut the hell up, realize this is a BLOG whose writers express their opinions, and quit bitching about how the free content provided by this blog isn't biased the way they feel it should be.
I can't sit here and let you praise Sony for their handling of their security situation because quite simply it should never have happened to begin with. It doesn't matter that they admitted it (eventually), it doesn't matter that they tried to make up for it, if they hadn't been negligent in their handling of their user's data it would never have happened. You also can't say that Microsoft would never do something when they've never had the chance to show whether they would or not. When was the last time that Microsoft had a massive security breach involving millions of users? They haven't, and that means you have no idea what they would do in such a situation.
As for the exclusive's situation, there are just as many exclusives coming out on the 360 this year as there are on the PS3. Of course there's Halo 4, but there are also numerous Kinect games like Fable: The Journey, Kinect Star Wars, and a few more. Then there are the PC/360 only exclusives like The Witcher 2 and Minecraft that the PS3 won't see.
Basically the belief that one system is way better/worse than the other is completely wrong. The correct way to think about it is that they all suck, and that some just suck a little bit more or less than the others.

CrossfireX 5870s
160GB OCZ Vertex2 SSD
8GB DDR3-1600 Corsair Vengeance RAM
1920x1200 resolution
On ultra settings I get about 26fps outdoors.
I imagine the beta may prove to be even faster since they'll have had more time to fine tune it.
