@axlotl: Although with the planet being tidal locked I'd expect that the tides don't really cycle locally like moon-induced tides. I don't know, just speculating here. Tides aren't really my thing.
@Kickstand27: Its my understanding that a planet close enough to its star to be tidally locked will experience tides due to the star's gravity.

While I like this well enough, I think its a little to upbeat. Even though the song used in the long trailer isn't something I'd normally listen to, it had a great dramatic feel to it when paired with the material, which this music lacks, in my opinion.

@pennypacker: You pretty much summed up my political stance. Gross generalizations imminent: Republicans are cruel, greedy bastards who get shit done, although I don't agree with much, if any, of the shit they get done. Democrats got some decent ideas, but are either a bunch of goddamn cowards afraid to take a stand or so incompetent they fall right back down when they do try to take a stand. Thats the quick, generalized, version of how I feel about American politics. =(
