@Jeff-Minor: Torchwood seems to do pretty well with Jack Harkness plus it's a web based show so ratings isn't the largest concern because if it was it'd probably be on a network.

Although it sounds great, with Joss' gender bending style and NPH being gay in real life it would've been awesome if his love interest was also a man.

The movie will conclude with the dramatic revelation that Larry David (Seinfeld producer/Curb Your Enthusiasm star/creator) is the Romulan leader who has travelled back in time to present day Earth with a nefarious plot to kill all the hair headed sub-humans, which is why he shows favoritism to the bald in his tv series, because they too are part of his Klingon retinue from the future doing parts on his show to help him pay their henchmen's salaries.

Futurama is chock full of great future foodie tidbits from Bachelor Chow to miniature mummy jerky to pterodactyl egg omelets to Nibbler gobbling down entire hams or an entire Planet Express hold stuffed full of endangered creatures to Bender's horrid cooking that leads to the Iron Chef spoof to Zap Branigan piloting the spaceship restaurant saying "Ah, she's built like a steakhouse but handles like a bistro," to the parasite infested egg salad sandwich that makes Fry a genius to Dr.

Perhaps the show Lost is actually propoganda from the aliens that came through the wormholes opened by the LHC and once they arrived they used their time travelling technology to go back in time to create the show Lost to prepare us for their arrival and at the end of season 6, as the Arctic and Antarctic cease to exist due to summery winters, the aliens will reveal themselves and offer us the technology to save the world from daily hurricanes and hourly tornadoes if we give them the north and south poles.

The only thing I can recall from this series, when I watched it as a kid, was once the BSG gang arrived at Earth they discovered that their gravity was much higher than Earth's so they were capable of leaping 30 feet up into the air with glee.

To quote Simon, son of Killface from Frisky Dingo, "Boosh!"
For those of you unfamiliar with Frisky Dingo, arch-villian Killface builds the Annihilatrix, a massive set of rocket engines jutting out of a parking lot, to push the Earth into the Sun.
