Oh man - I watched this chaos when it happened - mostly sped through it on my rad vcr - but this is Sacramento's finest assortment of wild geeks.
If we're scouring the comic series for inspiration, the Star Wars franchise is suffering Dark Times indeed.

DC is clueless in general and has no idea how to run a comic book line. Their treatment of Legion has been an epic fail for the last 15 years.
given the current state of capitalism, this reboot/take could be an amazing satire/badass sci-fi movie or it could suxor like the gas mileage of the SUX-2000.

Best episode so far, but a war episode for kiddies? Some of the books by Karen Traviss touch on the same material, but this was light weight at best. It delayed my decision to remove the series recording, but I have better ways to spend 30 minutes.

There is an absolute ton of brilliant sf being produced now and anyone who thinks otherwise is simply not paying attention. But, there are also a ton of current sf authors who are significantly under-appreciated - maybe a genre problem in general?

Not to get off the pop-tart message here, but Kanye West's Glow in the Dark Tour took place entirely on an alien planet where he crash landed and featured him talking with his ship's computer the whole show. Can't we just get back to the bling and bubbly?
